About CAPSity

The CAPSity Leadership Summit 2025, to be held on February 27th and 28th, 2025, with the theme “Leadership Reimagined: Innovate, Evolve, Inspire”, will aim at redefining leadership in an era of rapid change and adaptation. This Summit primarily focuses on SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 5 (Gender Equality), SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), and SDG 9 (Industry Innovation and Infrastructure). The two-day summit will bring together aspiring students, scholars, innovators, and entrepreneurs to explore the role of leadership in driving change. The event will feature Paper Presentations, Competitions, Panel Discussions, Workshops, and Fireside Chats. It will foster career and internship opportunities through Fairs and Networking events. These discussions and activities will promote skill-building and ethical leadership practices, targeted at shaping the future of leadership and entrepreneurship.

Purpose of the Summit
Today’s dynamic world is undergoing a profound and unprecedented revolution in the professional landscape, driven by digitalisation and the transformative power of AI. At the heart of this shift lies the responsibility of today’s leaders in navigating the change. This summit is designed to foster interactions and critically evaluate the possibilities of evolution in leadership by 2030. It seeks to identify the essential skills required by future leaders to explore strategies in cultivating these competencies. Additionally, the summit aims to examine how the education sector can evolve to effectively incorporate the development of these skills, ensuring that the leaders of tomorrow are prepared to thrive in an ever-changing environment.
